What is it about Mondays that makes it so difficult to get into the swing of things again? I'm half asleep over here, although granted I probably did not do myself any favors by staying up until 2am last night. Damn you, Sims. I feel like even for those people whose days off don't coincide with the weekend, the Monday blues are so baked into us as a society that they're difficult to shake.

Naturally, this leads most of us to looking for some remedies. There are the obvious ones, like coffee or a nice long cry in the breakroom, but we have some more intriguing alternatives as well.
